 Just hang in there and know that you will feel better. My best advice is to do footbaths through this healing, and it will be a gentler process and results will be quicker. If you're not able to do the footbaths, keep in mind that you need to drink lots of water to help move the toxins out of your body. Have faith and patience  and you will absolutely see results!
