Breathwork is a powerful tool & results of this type of breathwork have been reported to be similar to those of psychedelics. And we’re just using a simple breathing pattern. 

This is the same breathwork technique used by David Elliott & Erin Telford (my mentors).

This time is for us to connect in-person for 90 minutes to uncover the intentions for the breathwork, receive an intuitively-guided 30-minute active breathwork session, followed by a rest period with energy healing and/or sound healing to seal the practice. Essential oils, smudges, & music are incorporated into every session for deeper relaxation.

I’ve been formally studying herbalism since 2019. 
With my current level of knowledge, I’d love to help community members in their search for herbal remedies for optimal health. These herbal intakes will be very low priced for the time being so I can gain more experience with more clinically-styled intakes. I also hope to transition my herbal practice soon with more training on how herbalism & astrology go hand-in-hand and may ask for your birth chart as part of this service. 

This service does not include any herbs - I will let you know if I personally have some on hand for purchase or guide you where to purchase them.
