Double appointment 

Choose this as a first time appointment if you require for injures/issues to be assessed as well as treated. This could be used for a complex issue with hips, back, shoulders which may require a few areas of work during your appointment

No treatment would be carried out during this service, Assessment only, you will be required to book additional appointments for treatment to be carried out.
Please be advised, booking times can be 2-4 weeks wait time. 

Assessment

Use this option as a smaller duration appointment. If you are experiencing an issue such as a knee, ankle, elbow issue that requires assessment and treatment together for a first Time appointment.

First Time Visits

Sports massage only.

Please choose this service if you need additional works, this will not include IASTM, Needling, taping or ultrasound therapy. If you require these additionally, please choose 90min blended appointment 

90 min sports massage/ Deep Tissue Massage

This will be used after first time appointment for any follow ups required. 

30 minute appointment

Choose if it’s for an event happening on the day and close to the event. Choose this option if coming straight out of an event and into recovery. 

Pre/Post Event Massage

Shorter session can be focused on upper, lower or specific areas of tension.

Express Sports Massage

Sports Massage/Deep tissue massage

Choose this option if you require massage and any of the other following modalities:
Dry needling
Manual theory 
Instrument mobilisation
KT Taping
Ultrasound therapy 

60 minute appointment 

This is one not to miss! 
Back neck and shoulder massage (including arms if required) this also has dry needling for the neck, face and head, ideal for tension busting and anyone that suffers from migraines! 

The Tension Buster

A full body treatment that can apply different manual therapies swell as massage treatment. 
Added extras can be needling, taping, manual therapy for the joints, Iastm and ultrasound. 

90 min blended appointment 

Blended Services

Choose this option for any follow up appointments using both of these services, these appointments are shorter as we are aware of what work is required in your treatment to manage your symptoms. 

Menopause Massage with Medical Acupuncture

This is a long appointment due to it being a first time visit for Menopause symptoms.
This will have a full body massage with a blend of Oncology and Swedish techniques, it will also have medical acupuncture for the symptoms to help with managing menopause. A treatment worth trying to help yourself manage your wellbeing! 

Menopause Massage with Medical Acupuncture (first time)

This is used after the first appointment for Menopause massage.

Medical Acupuncture

Dry needling is a skilled intervention that uses a thin filiform needle to penetrate the skin and stimulate underlying myofascial trigger points, muscular, and connective tissues for the management of neuromusculoskeletal pain and movement impairments. 

Dry Needling

Used to support and relieve pain in muscles, joints, and/or ligaments. It reduces swelling, increases mobility and enhances recovery. The range of motion is not limited allowing you to continue moving efficiently. 

KT Taping
