45 minute consultation beginning with an intake of questions allowing me to understand the needs of your body. Next a short 15 to 20 minute massage will be done to assess the type of modalities or techniques needed to give the best results. Finally, it ends with a brief discussion of tranquility boosters and finalizing the treatment plan

Using a blend of natural ingredients like sugar or salt, combined with nourishing oils, it stimulates circulation, promotes hydration, and enhances your overall glow. Perfect as a standalone treatment or paired with a massage for the ultimate pampering experience! This service adds 30 minutes

Body scrub

A custom blend of therapeutic essential oils added to your massage oil to promote deeper relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall wellness. Choose from calming lavender, invigorating eucalyptus, sweet citrus, or other tailored scents to complement your session and elevate your self-care routine. This service does not add any extra time.

Aroma Infusion

A great addition to any massage, beginning with a warm lavender scented towel over the face, a soft lifting face massage followed by cold stones and guashua. Ending with a lavender scented warm towel to clean the oil and lavender scented cold towel to close the pores. This service does not add any additional time to the massage and is completed in the regularly scheduled time. The chilled stones and guasha tools can also be warmed for a more warming effect.

Thermal Balance Face Ritual

A soothing aromatherapy scalp massage to enhance the relaxation and release any tension being held in the scalp. This add on is great for headaches, tinnitus, and more. Choose from a seasonal selection of essential oils as well as the basics. This service does not add any additional time to the massage and is completed in the regularly scheduled time.

Soothing scalp massage

A relaxing addition to the massage that begins with warm towels on the feet or hands, followed by a rejuvenating sugar scrub. The scrub is wiped off with more warm towels and then finished with a softening body butter. This does not add any additional time to the service and is completed within the regularly scheduled time.

Foot/ Hand Scrub

This is a 30 minute add on service that is done at the beginning of the massage to relax the muscles and release them from their fight or flight state using a series of vibration techniques.
