Hair must be freshly washed, product free & gently detangled prior to this service if booking as a single add on. This service also includes a hair prep before your protective style.

Add on service for super thick hair is mandatory. Different method required for a long lasting style.

Hair must be free of products, detangled thoroughly and blow dried. If you are unable to prep hair please book as an additional service. Failure to comply result in additional fee or in some cases cancellation.


HAIR PREPARATION 

A $200 non-refundable downpayment is required to confirm and secure your appointment date. Please do not transfer no more than the deposit fee! Deposits must be made no later than 1-3 days after booking, failure to do so results in cancellation. The balance is to be paid in cash at your appointment.

DEPOSIT & CONFIRMATION

Every guest will be granted a 15 minutes grace period for tardiness. After 15 minutes $60 additional, after 30 minutes $100 additional. More than 45 minutes consider your appointment cancelled unless stated otherwise.

LATENESS

NO EXTRA GUESTS

Guests must give a 24hr notice of cancellation. Deposits remain non-refundable when there is a cancellation and you may reschedule using the link provided. Same day emergency cancellations must be communicated. If there are two consecutive cancellations or two consecutive no-shows, no future appointments. 

Failure to deposit to confirm your appointment within the given time frame leads to automatic cancellation. There is now a rescheduling fee of $200 if you choose to keep the spot (only if still available) 

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

If your service time is 9:00am, do not expect to be serviced at 8:00am, 8:30am or 8:45am. Time before and in between appointments are used for sanitation of space, lunch breaks and appointments. 

EXTRA EARLY CLIENTS

On public holidays we are closed however the calendar remains open to book. When booking on a holiday there is an additional fee of $100 (VIP SERVICE)

PUBLIC HOLIDAY BOOKINGS

With regards to operation hours and response rate, we are closed every Friday sunset to Saturday sunset. Your inquiries and messages will be responded to out of these hours. 

CLOSED EVERY SABBATH

Due to the nature of the services, there are absolutely no refunds. Deposits made at the time of booking remains non-refundable.

Detoxifying, hydrating & moisturizing shampoo service paired with a blow dry/stretching of the hair for your protective style. Please detangle hair prior to this shampoo service or book as an add on. Light Leave-in moisturizer included (hair prep)

Wash, Blow Out & Hair Prep

JC's scalp detox treatment is geared towards dry scalp, seborrheic dermatitis (dandruff), psoriasis and other scalp issues. This spa treatment leaves your scalp refreshed and generates new cells promoting hair growth. The start of healthy hair overall! This service includes a hair examination, 5-step treatment and aftercare product. 

For less common scalp issues, it is advised to see a Dermatologist. 

Scalp Detox Treatment

Specifically for dry, brittle hair that lacks moisture. The intense moisture treatment revitalizes your tresses and refreshes your curls. This includes a deep follicle penetrating mask and hot towel treatment. If you are experiencing dehydrated and dry hair this treatment is for you.

Intense Moisture Treatment

Take Down Service is basically a removal of the extensions & full detangling. The Therapy Take Down Service includes a take down, full detangling, scalp cleanse, stimulating massage and blow-out or 15 minutes natural style. This applies for my work only. A consultation is required if booking for someone else’s work. I DO NOT offer take downs for locs older than 3 months as it is not recommended for the health of your hair.
