Sweat Shot - Standard Sauna

Invigorate yourself with a single  ice bath therapy session in your own private space. Total time in the ice is up to 5min, however 3min for a beginner/intermediate is where you see the optimum benefits. Professional Athletes need to consult staff for extended time. We allow a 15min window to give you enough time to build the courage and take the plunge.

Couple Ice Bath 

Enjoy up to 30mins in a single standard infrared sauna followed by a single ice bath therapy session. Clients must shower before entering the ice bath.

 Single Person Hot/Cold Therapy

Enjoy up to 30min in a large couples infrared sauna followed by an ice bath therapy session, one after the other entering the ice bath in your own private space. Clients must shower prior to entering the ice bath. Our ice bath is a fully filtered system.

Couple Hot/Cold Therapy

Ice Bath Challenge 1 hour allocated for your group up to 10 people. Everyone must shower prior to entering the ice bath. Our Ice Bath is a fully filtrated and set at 7 degrees. BYO Towel

LED Light Therapy Chair 2

Led Light Therapy for the full body. Includes 20 minutes under the light, we recommend 10 minutes on each side of the body or if you have a specific area of recovery 20 mins focused on the area. Wearing your swimwear or underwear is best to expose more area to the light. The bed is private with a curtain and a towel is provided.

The ultimate LED Light Therapy experience includes one 20-minute face session and one 20-minute full body session in the LED Lounge.
