Scent Free Always

Please select this service if you require or would like help with things such as:

- entering the building (there are three stone steps to enter the building)
- getting on or off the massage table
- preferring a room on the ground floor

There are also different seating options to treat areas like the arms and legs that aren't on the massage table.

Selecting this option will NOT affect the amount of time we have for the massage, I will ensure to put extra time for the session depending on your needs.

Mobility Assistance

While adding sounds such as ambient music or ocean waves may be calming for some, for others it may be the opposite.

During your appointment, you can choose to have:
- spa music (ambient)
- your own music
- nature sounds (ocean waves, rainfall, chirping birds, etc.)
- no added sounds
- anything else you can think of!

These can either be played via my bluetooth speaker, or you’re welcome to bring cordless headphones

Sounds - Options

For those with sensitivities around touch, there are a few ways we can work together to accommodate.

You can remain clothed if you prefer
(We will discuss in person about any skin to skin contact prior to treatment)

I can use minimal oil to avoid feeling slick or slippery

Touch - Options

Some people prefer absolute silence during a massage, and others find that having a chat helps them relax. I am happy to gab as much or as little as you would like.

The ‘traditional’ massage only includes talk where I’d ask every so often about the pressure, but we can do things like:

- verbally signalling a change of area (“I am finishing up with your back, and will be moving to your left leg next”)
- narrating what I’m doing throughout the massage

I’m happy to answer any questions as they come up in your treatment

Prior to every massage, we will have a chat about what you’re looking for and what areas of the body you’d like worked on, and I’ll provide a general run-down of what to expect from the treatment.

Talking - Options

I have a collection of fidget accessories which you are welcome to use and you are encouraged to bring your own.
The urge to stim is hard to suppress, and I would never ask you to do so unless it impedes my ability to massage a specific area
