Great for deep tissue work to get out those tough knots or de-stress and relax from a tough day. Benefits include: Pain relief, improved circulation, better sleep, increased flexibility, stress relief, and increase lymphatic drainage. 

Hot Bamboo

Suction cups provide a negative pressure on the skin, muscles, and fascia. This is in contrast to the positive pressure of the deep tissue massage, and can be a very relaxing and soothing experience. This add-on utilizes 10 minutes of the massage session to provide targeted cupping therapy to an area of focus.

Cupping Therapy

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil. The therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Hot Stone

Treat yourself with a cleansing and hydrating brown sugar back scrub. Exfoliate, scrub away dead skin, improve circulation, and boost lymphatic flow while also leaving your skin feeling fresh and new! Products are all natural and unscented.
