A deep massage using Ayurvedic techniques using hot medicated oils made by ayurvedic doctors in the Sri Lankan jungle. Relieving tension, improving circulation and releasing toxins this massage will work on target areas according to your needs and improve muscle tone and decrease stress and aid relaxation.
The 1 hour massage is for the back half of the body, if you would like a full body then I suggest booking the 1 1/2 hour or the 2 hour if you would like the hot rice bolus treatment included for added relaxation and reducing inflammation.

Relieving tension, improving circulation and releasing toxins this massage will work on the shoulders, neck and head to decrease stress and aid relaxation. The head massage is a traditional Ayurvedic Indian style Massage including Marma point therapy then moving to an anti aging Ayurvedic face massage which also includes stimulation of the Marma points to work on blockages.

Toxins can accumulate in the body due to various reasons. These toxins need to be removed to prevent any health problems. An Ayurvedic steam bath is a simple and effective therapy to cleanse the body of toxins. A herbal steam bath involves sweating caused by steam. 
Benefits – Herbal Steam Bath is a perfect therapy for toning the skin and giving it a special glow. It helps reduce skin acne by cleansing and dilating the pores and washing out toxin accumulation. A steam bath also has an overall calming effect that relaxes your mind and reduces stress. It helps to slow down the aging process and drooping of the skin by stimulating it.

Udvarthana(Ultimate Body Scrub) 

Shirodhara massage is a classic Ayurvedic therapy, which includes pouring of warm milk with herbal oil on the forehead in a continuous stream. Ayurvedic Shirodhara therapy is very effective in promoting sound sleep and reducing stress. Pouring of warm fluid stimulates and soothes the hypothalamus, thereby regulating the functions of the pituitary gland and inducing sleep. Shirodhara stimulates Marma’s or Vital Points in the head and improves circulation. The warm oils used for Shirodhara also cause vasodilatation of all the channels and thereby improve the blood circulation of the brain. Shirodhara also reduces the level of stress hormones such as Adrenaline and Noradrenaline and thus relaxes the mind.

Shirhodara Head Treatment

A Nasal and head congestion treatment, including mama point therapy to clear blocked energy associated with sinus and head conditions. Starting with an Ayurvedic Indian head and face massage using medicated oils to relieve tension and open the channels in the head and face to decrease stress and aid relaxation. Our Herbal steam inhalation treatment is a great way to help open congested sinuses and bronchial airways caused by a cold, flu, or allergy, whilst relaxing on our heated bed, listening to meditative sounds. After the herbal steam  Nasya therapy is performed to help open the nasal airway by applying herbal Ayurvedic oil into each nostril.

The steam from the boiling water is often sufficient to help congestion; however, by adding herbs that help respiratory disorders, the effect is far more notable.  The main benefit of breathing in moist, warm steam is that may help ease feelings of irritation and swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages. The moisture may also help thin the mucus in your sinuses, which allows them to empty more easily.

Once the crystals have completed their work we then finish the treatment with an Ayurvedic arm, neck, face and head massage to leave you feeling completely relaxed.
