This is for existing sets only and is subject to the condition of the nails. 

A refill and rebalance for Gel (biab) and Gel-X. 
This service can only be done 1 time for Gel X services. After that the set will need to be removed and redone so the nails condition can be assessed.

Policies to Ensure Optimal Service at Obsidian Parlour

Deposits:
We do not require an upfront deposit. However, your card details are required at the time of booking. This allows us to charge the 30% cancellation/no-show fee if necessary. By booking with Obsidian Parlour, you agree to these terms.

Cancellation:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, including no-shows or cancellations due to lateness, incur a 30% charge. A 15-minute grace period is provided; if you are later than 15 minutes, your appointment will be rescheduled or canceled. No fee applies if rescheduled. An appointment cannot be rescheduled more than twice, then it becomes a cancellation.

MMA Removals:
An additional $20 fee is applied for removing MMA products to cover the cost of extra labor and supplies.

Afterpay:
Available in-store only.

Structured manicure, also known as BIAB. 
Includes: shape, single colour polish and top coat.

There are additional costs with these sets, eg: length, nail art and charms. 

To ensure correct pricing, please include all your additional services in the booking. If your natural nails do not need to be extended, please do not book for the additional length.

Structured Manicure (biab) 

A manicure designed for guys and they’s that want to care for their nails but don’t know where to start. 

This service is a basic spa manicure and includes: hand scrub, hand massage, dry manicure, oil and moisturiser. 

*If your nails are crying out for help and need to be shown some extra special love there will be additional costs for extra time.*

MAN-icure

Removal service for current clients only. 

cannot be applied to new clients, please book our other removal service.
