During the session, you can lay back or sit comfortably, whilst I places their hands over specific areas of your body to deliver energy where it is needed most. Usui Reiki

There are so many symptoms associated with menopause that this can make research tricky. However, there is good news, as we do have some studies showing that reflexology is beneficial for some menopausal symptoms including:
•Reflexology is an effective therapy for sleep disorders and hot flushes in menopause
•Reflexology can be effective in decreasing vasomotor problems and increasing quality of life in the menopausal period 
•The findings indicated that the foot reflexology technique can be effective for reducing women’s depression during menopause. 
A Reflexologist who is trained in Reflexology for Menopause means you will get optimum care. I am be interested to hear about how menopause is affecting you, as everyone’s experience is different, I want to know about the symptoms you are experiencing to allow me to plan reflexology specifically for you.

For this entirely holistic facial experience, we’re going back to basics and returning to the earth.

Using beautiful, all natural, sustainable products to cleanse the stress away and exfoliate your skin, I will create a personalised mask, choosing clay and botanical waters mixed with oils and flower petals, each element chosen to suit your skin type and mixed with love &  intention to restore your skin's natural healing and beauty. 
A face, neck and scalp massage will follow using and acupressure to clear sinuses and relax you, re-balancing the entire nervous and endocrine system. 

Whilst you drift away and your mask works it's magic I will be working to unblock and re-balance your chakras and energy system using crystals and Reiki, encouraging your body’s natural healing process to take place.
