Debbie qualified as a nail tech in 2015, and as a make-up artist in 2010, and uses high-quality, professional nail products from Artistic Nail Design, including their gel polish, BIAB, Gel-On Xtensions, and PolyGel. There's a wide range of nail art to choose from, so bring a picture to your appointment, and a bespoke manicure will be created for you.

Manicure - gel polish

Nail treatment to strengthen damaged nails.  First application is always 3 layers.  Ongoing maintenance is 2 layers.  One layer can be used as a preventative measure once nails have been rehabilitated.  If you're not sure how many layers of treatment to book, select 3 layers and the cost will be adjusted accordingly at your appointment.  Can be done as a stand-alone service on natural nails, or done under a gel polish manicure.  If you're booking it with your gel polish manicure, please select both services.

IBX Treatment

Your old polish applied previously at Rambling Rose is removed. If applied elsewhere, additional fee will apply.  Cuticle tidy, nails shaped and buffed, Artistic Colour Gloss gel polish colour of your choice, cuticle oil and a hand cream.  Future removals are included with with reapplication if polish was applied by Rambling Rose salon. Nail art is charged at $3 per nail, and the maximum cost quoted in this booking will be adjusted accordingly at your appointment.

Nail Art

A broken, cracked or split nail is built up using Builder Gel, PolyGel or a Gel On Xtension so that it’s the same length as all your other nails. Repair is buffed, shaped, and covered with gel polish to match the rest of your nails, followed by cuticle oil and hand cream.  This service can be done as a stand-alone for 1-4 nail repairs, or added on to a gel polish manicure.  Please select both options if adding to a manicure.

Dry manicure and pedicure includes cuticle work, shaping nails, and applying traditional / normal nail polish (not gel polish). 
This polish air dries, so there is no guarantee after you leave the salon. Please wear open toed shoes, slides, or jandals to prevent smudging your polish.

Sculpted PolyGel nail enhancements (no tips) with Artistic Colour Gloss gel polish, cuticle oil and hand cream. Please note that these are active length “natural” looking enhancements, meaning no more than 50% additional length is added when looking at the length of your natural nail bed (the pink part of your nail), and will be shaped round, oval, squoval, square, almond or short coffin.  I do not offer “extreme” extensions (stiletto, edge, Russian almond or other non-traditional shapes), as these require more than 50% added length and can affect the health of your natural nails if they are not cared for properly. 

PolyGel Extensions with gel polish

For PolyGel applied previously at Rambling Rose salon only.  Not suitable for product applied elsewhere as product may not be compatible. 
Backfill / Infill on PolyGel extensions to maintain your nail enhancements, Artistic Colour Gloss gel polish, cuticle oil and hand cream.
