The spine & the back of the body is a gateway to our entire system. This is a deeply relaxing back massage with warm oil & essential oils, trigger point & TCM acupressure, to increase blood flow & circulation, help to treat muscle pain & improve stiffness, reduce stress & tension by easing the muscles & above all promote a great sense of relaxation & wellbeing.

This is not a deep tissue massage, knots are worked gently and slowly to encourage the muscles to relax.
