I am a rainbow friendly, neurodivergent, health and fitness coach and women’s coaching specialist. My approach to coaching is holistic and compassionate, with a heavy focus on supporting health and well-being. I am part of the competitive powerlifting crew (IPF), but love trying out new skills which is why my own training background includes boxing, running, pole dancing, spin, yoga, and group fitness classes.
