We are a team of two qualified massage therapists having both successfully completed the Complete Bodyworker Diploma with Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology at the highly regarded School of Bodywork in Exeter. With this level of professional training, we can offer bespoke treatments combining Remedial Deep Tissue, Therapeutic Swedish, Fascial Release and Advanced Techniques so that you can enjoy a well rounded experience of muscle release and relaxation tailored specifically to your needs. We cover two venues, in Bishopsteignton and Kingsteignton in South Devon.

This bespoke professional bodywork treatment can be booked as a 60 minute or 90 minute appointment and will concentrate on whatever problem you may be presenting with on the day. Whether that is a specific pain area or point of injury, or needing to allow the mind to switch off from whatever stresses or worries you may be holding onto so that I can support you through any emotional crises and work with the holding patterns within your body.

Depending on your presentation the treatment may include a combination of swedish massage, deep tissue & advanced techniques including movement of the joints and if required, working with the fascial layer within the head, face and neck will allow me to access the whole body's fascial system.

This massage draws upon the Indian Ayurvedic massage system of facial acupressure points combined with holistic massage & lymphatic drainage techniques. This is a deeply relaxing treatment that aims to leave the skin looking radiant, relaxed, smoothed & naturally lifted. 

Combined with a wonderfully relaxing chest, neck and head massage, also using ayurvedic techniques to balance to restore calm to the nervous system, this head and face treatment is totally dreamy!

This treatment uses gentle, safe and effective techniques applied to the fascia and cranial bones to relieve pain and discomfort from tinnitus, migraines and many other related pathologies of the head, neck, jaw and face. 

Causes often associated with restrictions and pain in the cranium could be whiplash injuries from falls and crashes, high impact sport, invasive dental work, hormonal imbalances and even trauma from your own birth.  

I'm excited to share these skills with you as part of your bespoke treatments, but also as this stand alone treatment for those suffering with jaw tension, facial pain, sinus problems, migraines and tinnitus and other related issues.

Specialist Cranial Fascial Release Treatment 60 minutes - from January 2025

A gentle 1 hour treatment for women in their second or third trimester with a full consultation before treatment.

There are many benefits to prenatal massage, it can lower the level of stress and anxiety hormones for both mother and baby, it eases swelling on joints & alleviates discomfort, & improves quality of sleep allowing your body to do what it needs to do for your baby more easily.

My aim is to make you as comfortable & supported as possible to allow your body & mind to completely drift away & feel wonderfully connected to your baby.
