We offer a 7-day guarantee for our nail extension services. Breaking, chipping, lifting, and peeling are rare but may occur in unique circumstances. If this is the case, please make an appointment to return to our salon and allow us to make it right, without any additional charge. 

Nail Fix (under 7 days)

This service is for Gel Polish Colour application only.

Removal Process:
- The top coat and colour are gently filed off.
- Nails are wrapped with cotton and soaked until the product breaks down (approximately 10-15 minutes).
- After removal, your nails will be trimmed, shaped to your preference, and nourished with nail nutrition to condition the nail plate.

**Important Note:
If you have hard gel or any type of builder gel, please select the Enhancement Removal or Hard-Gel Removal option.
