Vitamin B12 plays an extremely important part in the body. B12 helps the normal function of the brain and nervous system. it helps the formation of red blood cells which carry oxygen and nutrients around the body. The body doesn’t produce B12 itself and relies on diet and supplements but a lot of us are probably deficient and don’t even know. Orally having food or supplements doesn’t mean you are getting the right amount of B12 it also takes twice as long to get into your system. Some people, once it gets to the stomach, don’t have the intrinsic factor to absorb the B12 which causes a B12 deficiency. This is why the injections are good as it bypasses the digestive system and goes straight into your blood stream. 

Vitamin B12 Injection

Dermaplaning

This treatment works by encouraging your skin to produce more collagen. Pinpricks from the procedure cause micro injury to the skin which triggers the cells to fix this by producing more collagen.
