The beauty side is more about boosting confidence and enhancing your natural beauty. Lash lift and tint over lash extensions kind of thing. The wellness side is about changing that mindset and improving your emotional wellbeing. Whether you want a more spiritual traditional yoga journey or the more exercise based flow yoga.
