I am a holistic and sports massage therapist, as well as being a personal life coach.

My massage clinic works from Frogmore Leisure Centre, or event locations around the UK. I offer different treatments and allow 15 minutes in addition to the massage time for doing the paperwork to ensure you get the full time. If you're a new client, please call me to discuss your requirements and treatment options.

The life coaching is done online or at an agreed location as part of the initial contract. Initial discussions are 20 minutes and free!

Deep Tissue Massage

75 minute session. This is where you believe you have an injury or issue, you would like assessed and treatment/ massage provided.

A detailed assessment will be carried out, depending on the results and time taken, a massage might not happen. If you are unsure or want to discuss the treatment please give me a call at least 24 hours before booking.

Sports Massage

Similar massage to what you would get in a Spa.

Swedish Massage

This massage involves using lava stones which conduct heat. It helps relax muscles allowing the massage to work at a deeper level quicker. In addition for those who like heat, an additional warming sensation.

Hot stones are not used unless requested when booking, as the hot stones require 45 minutes to get to temperature.

It is a 75 minute session, which includes a 60 minute massage with 15 minutes given for paperwork. If you are unsure or want to discuss the treatment please give me a call at least 24 hours before booking.

Introductory Coaching Conversation

This is an hour session for those who want a one off.
It might be you want to get a different view or are a client wanting to touch back in and chat about a goal.

One off Coaching

This is to help you work through the goals you have set out at the contracting meeting.

There is no age limit for coaching, although if it is requested for under 18 year olds, the process will be slightly different. The goals are individual to each client and therefore each session is bespoke to you.

There might be work that is required before or after a coaching session to support you in achieving your goals.
