Swedish massage, or classic massage as it called in some countries, is a relatively gentle massage form focused on the body’s superficial layers. It is provided to promote general relaxation and well-being and sometimes for relief for symptoms associated with health conditions. Swedish massage is known to promote circulation. Swedish massage helps to improve blood pressure, improve blood flow, aid the lymphatic system and improve sleep and relaxation.

Deep tissue massage uses deep pressure. Combining slow strokes and finger pressure, the purpose is to release the tension and tightness held deeply in your muscles and your connective tissues. 

A deep tissue massage will typically focus on your primary areas of discomfort. This will typically be the back, neck, shoulders, buttocks and legs. However, it is also used on the arms, for example in the case of tennis elbow, or the feet, such as with plantar fasciitis. The increased pressure helps to alleviate any soreness or imbalance caused by injury or tenseness. If you have anxiety or are suffering with stress, a deep tissue massage will help to release the tension you are carrying in your body as a result.

What is Microneedling?
It is a cosmetic procedure that stimulates collagen and elastin production, which helps skin tissue to become smooth, firm, with a more even tone. It may also improve the appearance of scars, acne, and wrinkles. Tiny, sterilized needles are used to pierce the skin.  

Safety:
It is minimally invasive, requiring little to no downtime. It’s considered safe for most people who are in overall good health. The procedure may not be safe for people who use certain acne medications, those with active acne, or those with moderate to severe psoriasis or eczema. Those with active viruses like cold sores or herpes simplex virus should take necessary precautions in the pre and post procedure care. You can experience minor redness and irritation for a few days after the procedure.

Ideal results are achieved after multiple sessions and will require a long-term maintenance plan. Packages can be tailored to the individual.
