Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy does not cover courses of treatment.  Once booked these must be paid for and started, no refunds will be given for outstanding sessions'
You won't be charged when canceling up to 48 hours before your appointment time. Otherwise, you will be charged 30% of the service price for late cancellation and 50% for not showing up.

We also offer everyone a free consultation when booked via our online booking system. If you fail to attend, we will charge you £20. 

We will have blocked out time in our booking calendar and will have to pay a member of staff for the time allocated.
