Accessories 

A blow-dry or stretching the hair is done on natural hair in sections to ensure a smooth service and finished look. Wash not included. 


Blow-Dry

Removal services are available exclusively for work completed by Creative Scalps. Wash is not included, however I do recommend a wash and treatment to rejuvenate your scalp. The starting price is $60 for the first 45 minutes. If the service exceeds this time, an additional $20 will be charged for every additional 45 minutes.

Weave Removal 

Synthetic water wave hair is provided.
You will be able to choose the volume and length of the curls during the service.

Creative Scalps specializes in working with all hair types, offering on-the-spot 10-15 minute individual mini-styles, which include up to two cornrows (half or full head), up to two ponytails or buns (with scrunchies or hair ties provided), and thermal styling if an outlet is accessible.

Our interactive table display features hair mannequins showcasing various hairstyles and textures, along with a hair portfolio or magazine that highlights the cultural significance of Black hairstyles. This setup encourages audience engagement and meaningful conversations about braids, weaves, afros, and more.

A 'Hollywood Wave' is a large, defined S-shaped wave that falls consistently in one direction, creating a glamorous appearance.

The service starts with a shampoo and conditioning treatment, followed by a blow-dry with a round brush to enhance volume, shine, and shape. Additional tools may be used, such as flat or curling irons, or hot comb to achieve the desired style.

Round-Brush Blowout

The process begins with shampoo and a deep conditioning treatment to hydrate the hair. Afterward, the hair is blow-dried and then straightened in small sections with a flat iron. This technique helps retain body and movement, leaving the hair looking silky and natural while avoiding the damage of a traditional relaxer.
