As a qualified Spa and Sports Massage Therapist, I provide Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Trigger Point Massage to manipulate the soft tissues of your body. I focus on tight muscle fibers that can form due to injuries or overuse. My goal is for all my clients to feel completely relaxed and to help prevent sports injuries while speeding up muscle recovery.
