Sports massage 

Hot stone massage but with an extra 15 minutes!!! Any technique can accompany this massage such as deep tissue or Swedish. 

Hot stone back massage (EXTENDED 45 MINUTES)

For those who want a little extra time spent having their backs massaged.
Any technique can be used on the back and will depend on the desired outcome of the client.

Back massage (EXTENDED 45 MINUTES)

Deep tissue is an intense and firm massage using knuckles and elbows to thoroughly manipulate tired, tense and sore muscles including knots. Perfect for athletes or those who carry out labour intensive tasks that effect the body.

This extended hot stone massage allows for more time to be concentrated on all areas of the body. 

The heat from hot stones penetrates the muscle fibres on a much deeper level than standard effleurage allowing the muscles to relax and be better manipulated.
Any technique can accompany a hot stone massage whether that be aromatherapy (gentle and relaxing with lymphatic drainage using essential oils), Swedish (mild to moderate in intensity), or deep tissue (more intense with firm pressure and muscle manipulation) techniques.

Deluxe hot stone (90 minutes full body)

Indian head massage involves the client being seated and leaning onto the bed at which point the scalp, back, face and shoulders are massaged with or without an essential oil added. 
This massage is purely for relaxation.

This selection is for those who might need a particular area of the body worked on that is outside of a back or full body eg, legs, arms etc. It can also be used for any adjustments needed to accommodate for mobility or health needs. This back massage can use any techniques dependant on the desired outcome, it does not include the use of hot stones (please see hot stone back massage). A brief consultation will be carried out upon arrival to ascertain which technique is to be used. Hot stone massage (1 hour full body)

Massage

Radio-frequency and microneedling combined is a powerful treatment for tightening fine lines and wrinkles on the face and body.
Both treatments break down the collagen and cause new and stronger collagen to form. 
The heat from radio-frequency makes the skin absorb mesotherapy serums much faster and easier so that the new cells are filled with nutrient rich ingredients to fully enhance stronger and healthier skin.

Brow and lash tinting requires a patch test carried out no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment so please ensure this is booked. Patch tests are compulsory regardless of if you have been tested before elsewhere or if you have your hair coloured often. This is for your protection and an industry requirement.

You do not need another patch test if you have had one carried out by myself unless a new brand of product is to be used.

Underarm wax

Microneedling or 'collagen induction therapy' involves the use of a device containing small sterile needs that contact the skin forcing it to create collagen. Collagen is responsible for skin tightness/ strength and overall youthful appearance.

This treatment helps the following skin complaints:

Fine lines and wrinkles 
Hyperpigmentation
Acne scarring 
Stretch marks
Rosacea 
Enlarged pores 

It also promotes better absorption of topical products and involves much less down time than many other treatments such as laser or skin peels.

Microneedling is recommended once a month in order to allow for skin cell renewal and a course of several sessions may be needed dependant on the skin complaint and severity which would be ascertained at consultation.
Once the desired results are achieved it is recommended to have 1 session every 3-6 months to maintain them.

The full service cost is £200 however the first appointment is £100 and the 6 week touch up is charged at the remaining £100.
Any cancellations, no shows or rescheduling of appointments with less than 5 days notice will result in loss of deposits. Please see website for further terms and conditions.
*Please note that the touch up session is included in the overall price of the brows however, it cannot be performed in under 6 weeks post initial appointment, this is because the skin needs that allocated time to heal. If the top up is not carried out by 12 weeks post initial appointment this will no longer be covered under the original price and a charge of £90 (under 12 months post initial appointment) will be incurred (beyond 12 months is a full service charge). Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
