I am enjoying this experience. I have always enjoyed exercise but never been consistent. Because it's once a week I look forward to going. I have one body, I can certainly give it 20 minutes a week.

Your first session will last about 30 minutes to outline the best plan to achieve your fitness goals. Before start your EMS workout we will weigh you and have you review and fill out our attention points for training with Miha Bodytec (form will be sent via email). After completion you will train for 15 minutes to get a feel of this awesome technology!

Introduction EMS Training Session - 15 min

The strength training will help you build muscle, tighten and strengthen the skin. 

Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) is a full body workout. Your whole body can be trained at once. Each session is 20 minutes, but equals 90 minutes of conventional training.

Our brains naturally sends electrical pulses via the nervous system to the muscles, stimulating your muscles to contract. The EMS device works as a mimic for the nervous system producing a deeper contraction than a voluntary movement would.
