Temple Style Lomi Lomi is an ancient healing practice that originates in Hawaii. Traditionally practiced by the Islands healers, Lomi Lomi is designed to nurture all aspects of ones mental, emotional, spiritual & physical body.

Your session begins with an intention setting practice, followed by slow breathwork patterns to regulate your nervous system, calm the mind & melt into full body relaxation. 
You are then covered from head to toe in decadent warm oil as the flowing strokes of Lomi Lomi glide across the body with a medium pressure, this style of massage includes breasts, belly, feet, toes, hands, hips and head. If there are any areas of the body you'd prefer not to receive touch, please advise your therapist on arrival.
Lomi Lomi is completed with energetic sweeping to cleanse the aura & a prayer of gratitude to acknowledge the ancestors and wisdom keepers of these traditional healing arts.

In this ritual we share a cup of sacred cacao and I guide you through a meditation to help steady the mind, relax the body & reconnect with your heart's true voice. Cacao activates the heart, circulatory system & detox pathways, preparing you for deep work during  massage, while you set a clear intention for your healing session.
