You cannot have this treatment if -

- If you have severe acne symptoms with cysts (you may want to consider a course of plasma peels as this treatment is suitable for those with severe active acne)

Chemical peel - PURE for inflammation issues including acne

Please only book this treatment if you meet the following criteria -

You have if you have medium to severe pigmentation, including photo-aging and malasma 

You cannot have this treatment if -

- Allergic to nuts - glow peel contains (Mandelic acid 7% This alpha hydroxy acid is derived from bitter almonds)
- Have a compromised skin barrier
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- History of skin cancer
- Taking oral retinol within 6 months of the treatment
- Taking medication with photo sensitive properties

- History of keloid scarring

If you’ve previously had semi permanent lip blush at The Youth Fountain you can book a refresh appointment up to 18 months post treatment. This is only for those who have had their first lip blush at The Youth Fountain.

Consultation includes a comprehensive assessment, including what service you would like, what you expectations and if they can be met. A medical questioner is needed to assess your  suitability and a patch test is required at least 72 hours before you book. A patch is done by doing two small scratches on the forearm and applying both numbing cream and pigment to rule out any adverse reactions.
