Clients under 16 years old are not accepted. Only pre-stretched "Expression Braids" are used, and hair is not included in the pricing. A $1000 fee applies for lateness exceeding 15 minutes; after this, appointments are canceled, and future bookings restricted. Hair must be clean, or a $1000 washing fee will be charged. Due to limited space, extra guests and children are not allowed. Style changes on the appointment day are permitted only if they take less time than the original booking.
