For clients continuing their ASN Conflict Coaching journey after an initial session. This is a space to check in on how things have unfolded — a meeting that's happened since, a plan that needs adjusting, or a new piece of the situation that's come up.
We'll build on the groundwork from your first session, refine your approach, and keep you moving forward with clarity and confidence. Whether you're preparing for the next stage of an ongoing conflict or need support processing what's happened, this session keeps the momentum going.

Got a difficult conversation coming up? Whether it's with a colleague, a family member, or someone you just can't seem to get through to, this session helps you prepare with clarity instead of dread.

Together we'll unpack the situation, get clear on what you actually want to say, and build a strategy for staying grounded even if things get tense. Drawing on my background as a mediator and systemic therapist, I'll help you spot the patterns keeping the conflict stuck — and give you practical tools to break them.

You'll leave with a plan tailored to your situation, not a generic script.

Conflict Coaching 

This follow-up session is for clients who've already experienced a Family Constellations session with me and want to continue the work. We'll pick up where you left off — revisiting what emerged, noticing what's changed in your life or relationships since, and going deeper into the patterns still asking for attention.

Family Constellations helps reveal hidden dynamics passed down through generations — unspoken loyalties, unresolved grief, or roles we've unconsciously taken on. A follow-up session allows the process to unfold further, building on the awareness already opened.

Sessions are available in person (Scottish Borders) or online, and in English or Portuguese.

A Genogram is more than a family tree — it's a map of relationships, life events and conflict patterns across generations. 

Together, we'll build yours: the repeating struggles, the hidden losses (miscarriage, migration, separation, family secrets), and the strengths, love and resilience passed down alongside them.

Understanding where a pattern of conflict began gives you a choice you didn't have before — to keep repeating it, or to write something different.

You'll leave with your genogram mapped out and a guided understanding of what it reveals.

Genogram Session

With individual sessions complete, all parties come together in a calm, impartial space. The joint session helps neighbours, groups, or community members speak and be heard — and work toward a practical, lasting resolution.
