Pilates helps strengthen core muscles, improve posture, increase flexibility, and build endurance while creating better balance and body awareness. Classes focus on controlled movement, alignment, and mindful breathing to help you feel stronger, more mobile, and more connected to your body.

Led by an ITEC-qualified Pilates Instructor and Sport Massage Therapist with advanced anatomical knowledge, sessions are suitable for beginners through to more experienced clients.
