Wasn’t what it used to be. I used a Fresha reward to pay for pat of the treatment in advance, but was asked to pay it again. I didn’t make a fuss because another customer has just walked in on me without my underwear on in the treatment room. If anything I would have expected some kind of recompense, not having to pay over the odds. I just wanted to get out of there and won’t be returning, which is a shame as I used to visit the salon very regularly.

Andrei did an amazing job in my eyebrows ! Really transformed whilst still looking natural and suiting my face shape. Definitely an art! Thanks so much ❤️
