Looks can be deceiving. I was surprised when I was welcomed by my beautician, who was not Japanese. However she was gentle and calm in the delivery of the treatment. The long list of add-ons I could've included to my already expensive package left a sour taste in my mouth. I enjoyed the hour long hair treatment but wouldn't recommend it.
