Designed to lift, sculpt and smooth, this facial includes LED light therapy, facial cupping and Gua Sha. Your treatment will begin with a consultation discussing your skincare regime followed by a double cleanse using tailored organic cleansing oils and removed with hot mitts. 

The key part of this treatment is the sculptural facial massage with acupressure to relieve tension and boost radiance, this will help to sculpt and define the jaw, and de-puff under eyes. Advanced sculptural facial massage techniques will leave you plumped, defined and visibly lifted.

The LED mask will then be set to either blue, red or near infrared depending on your skin type while you relax into a hand and arm massage.

Sculpt

A perfect Re-set in your day starting with a 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage, relieving any back pain or headaches, followed by a 15 minute head and face massage. Re-set is perfect to clear your mind and release any tension you may be holding in your upper body also designed to balance your energy and leave you feeling relaxed and restored for the rest of the day.

Enjoy a 60/90 minute full body massage designed to ease joints, release tension and promote homeostasis. Release

Deep Tissue massage incorporates the use of elbows, forearms and fists to penetrate muscles effectively, relieving tension and dissipating knots. Guided by touch, your therapist will find and apply static pressure to trigger points in all the problem areas unique to you.
Deep Tissue does not equal a painful treatment! Knots can still be broken down with less pressure using deep tissue techniques, equating to a relaxing and relieving experience.
