The treatment itself was good however our booking was to include scalp analysis and a relaxation room which included refreshments. None of this was provided. I have screenshots of this. Application of chosen hydrojelly face mask was not offered. So although treatment was good it wasnt quite as advertised

Me and my sister booked the head spa experience for two and we had the most amazing time. From start to finish, it was so relaxing and luxurious. The treatments were incredible, staff were lovely and we both left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. My hair and skin haven’t felt so good! We honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. We’ll definitely be coming back! 💆♀️✨

My sister and I went to experience the bestie head spa and it was amazing! Can’t wait to go back! One of the best treatment I have ever had and I can’t recommend it enough! Both of our therapist were lovely and fully accommodating with all our needs!
