Hi Margaret, I’m sorry to hear you felt your appointment was rushed. My appointment times are 45 minutes, and in your case the service took around 30 minutes as you have very fine hair. I’ve been hairdressing for 28 years, so I do tend to work efficiently, but I would never want a client to feel that this affected their experience. I’m glad you were happy with the cut its self and was just the timings you were not happy with. Thank you for your feedback and I’ll certainly take it on board.
