I’d like to clarify that your appointment started at 4:00 p.m. and finished at 4:59 p.m., exactly within the scheduled time for this service. Throughout the appointment, I personally washed your daughter’s hair twice, carefully detangled it, completed the haircut with attention to detail, and took the time to discuss your expectations beforehand. At the end of the appointment, you told me you were happy with the result. I also provided advice on suitable products and ingredients to avoid for your daughter’s hair. Although the salon was busy, we follow a structured schedule to ensure every client receives the same level of care and professionalism. At no point is the quality of our service compromised. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience we provide.😊

Gabriela gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. I have never been able to get my hair to look curly or have any volume on top until I got a haircut from her! I am absolutely thrilled! Thank you so much Gabriela :)
