The Lymph detox treatment accelerates your lymphatic system’s natural cleansing and healing ability by removing toxins, metabolic wastes and excess fluid from your body.

We use a combination of myofascial tissue mobilisation and rhythmic pumping to drain and refine your shape. Leave feeling lighter, clear minded and energised.

To enhance the body’s healing process, we add a little extra oomph to your treatment with a 20 minute red light therapy* pad on your stomach.
