Wonderful service but I had asked for foil and cut when I scheduled. Cut was not done due to not being scheduled.

I had hair that was too long. I called and inquired about services to remedy the situation. They set me up with a professional hair-shortening specialist the very next day. Now my hair is the length that I requested. Jesse did a great job explaining that hair grows and that I should consider a monthly maintenance plan. Now I schedule my hair shortening monthly and my hair stays the proper length.
