I’ve been going to sessions with Juliet for a few years now and she has helped so much. She’s calm and empathic, always providing a safe environment to reflect on issues. I’ve made huge progress with her help and I highly recommend her!

I find my sessions with Juliet to be incredibly positive and valuable. From the very beginning, I have felt listened to, understood and supported in a calm, non-judgmental environment. The sessions provide a safe space to talk openly, reflect on things at my own pace, and gain a better understanding of my thoughts and feelings. I particularly appreciate Juliet patience, empathy and ability to ask the right questions without ever making me feel pressured. Each session leaves me with something useful to reflect on and, over time, I can genuinely see the positive difference

Juliet has the ability to help me see things from a more balanced perspective and to question my assumptions. She has also given me exercises to do which really help to bring me out of my thoughts. She is professional and knowledgable.
