With over 15 years working with mental health, addiction and trauma, I have experienced and seen for myself the many benefits of holistic therapies. On a personal level reflexology has helped me with stress, burn out, infertility and endometriosis symtoms. For my clients I see improvement with sleep, anxiety, pain, and general well-being. I treat children, right up to end of life care.
