Not very personable. Kept walking away during my services(5-10minutes each time) without explaining why. Total time there took longer than I had wanted. She finally asked if I wanted something to drink , 10 minutes before we were all done .When I left and paid and tipped in cash I kept saying thank you , I received ‘you’re welcome’ but I wanted to hear a ‘thank you’ from her, as well; never got that. Just kinda bummed me out. My nails look great and I hope to be back , just may request another associate.

Excellent attention to detail. Service was very relaxing and did not feel rushed.

Too much interaction and talking with the other technicians. Stopping to look at a video. Should be a relaxing experience. Children walking about and being noisy. I was glad to get out.
