Kate is fab, I've had two appointments with her now, eyebrows, underarms and bikini wax. I'd say the vibe from the shop is basic, there's no frills, airs or graces, just efficient getting the job done, which I find to be perfect. Kate preps the areas nicely so that everything's clean and hygienic and also isn't super uncomfortable. Kate also makes recommendations for the time in between appointments based on what she sees your needs to be rather than just getting you to attend as often as possible. I'm hoping that I've found my new home for waxing!
