The young lady ( tiffany) that did my nails did not measure the length nor did my cuticles. She was always watching tv as she was shaping my nails. She did not apply the polish all the way up the nail bed. While doing my toes she was watching tv again while massaging my legs and scrubbing my feet. The owner that did my eye lashes was amazing. They turned out nicely. She explained what she was doing and why she was doing it.

Without a doubt, Kaya herself is what truly stands out. She goes above and beyond for every client, empowers her staff, and makes everyone feel valued, welcomed, and included. She creates an environment where there are no limits for anyone, staff or clients, and everyone is encouraged to feel confident and celebrated. My hair extensions were a 10/10 experience from start to finish. The quality, care, and attention to detail were incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
