The woman who was on shift when I had my appointment was so helpful and explained everything so well! The room was so clean and had everything I needed for my appointment, it was a really lovely experience ☺️ cant recommend enough

Hi Victoria If you please inform a member of staff when you notice tubes out, as if we have any in stock we do change them as soon as possible. We do put the beds on in the morning and check but tubes and starters can fail through out the day and we don’t know this unless we’re told
