In every session, a combination of TMJ myofascial release, including intraoral approaches, along with remedial body massage, trigger point work, and cranio/face therapy on targeted zones related to the TMJ's tensions.


What is TMJ dysfunction?
The temporomandibular joint (TMJ) connects the jaw to the skull. When this joint becomes restricted or misaligned, it may cause a variety of issues, including:
- Clicking or popping sounds in the jaw
- Pain or discomfort around the jaw joint
- Difficulty fully opening or closing the mouth
- Muscle tightness or spasms in the face and neck

This integrated approach helps reduce jaw tension, headaches, migraines, sinus issues, bruxism, tinnitus, and facial discomfort, supporting long-term relief and overall balance.

TMJ Integrative Massage Therapy

After a surgery, an injury or a burn, the scar tissue is less functional, fibrotic and less mobile then pre-injury.
Adhesions may form, sticking together layers under the skin, potentially creating restrictions and compensation pattern movements.

It is a non-invasive and gentle physical therapy method that focuses on treating scar tissue to improve tissue mobility, enhance comfort of movement, and improve the aesthetic appearance of scars.

Using specialist scar massage and fascial release, therapy tools and self-care advice to promote healthy recovery for a immature or mature scar.

We can start the therapy after 8 week, when the wound is closed, if no contreindications.
I might need medical approval, depending to your case.

Scar therapy appointment in the first 6 months after a scar is created is really helpful (even if you are not experiencing any unwanted complications)
