The treatment uses a stream of non-allergenic crystals (crystal microdermabrasion) to remove your skin’s outermost layers of dead cells. Unlike traditional hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers, Ellansé works on two levels: it provides immediate correction while also stimulating your body to produce new collagen over time. This makes it both a filler and a biostimulator.

What Ellansé Is Made Of

Ellansé is composed of polycaprolactone (PCL) microspheres suspended in a smooth gel carrier (carboxymethyl cellulose).
	•	The gel gives instant volume and contouring at the time of treatment.
	•	The PCL microspheres remain in the skin and stimulate fibroblasts to produce type I collagen, helping to improve skin strength, firmness, and elasticity.
