A bit rough with the hair brushing. I had some tangles from a windy day and she yanked over and over with the comb. Didn't even hold the hair or the root to help it not hurt. Could be a little more friendly. Felt like she was annoyed she had to cut my hair at the end of the day. Haircut was fine.
