Sports Massage - 30 Mins

This service is for any NEW or EXISTING clients with new injuries/complaints.

Firstly, a subjective assessment will be completed which will consist of a variety of different questions to explore the clients condition and symptoms, along with any other relevant information which is required.

Secondly, An objective assessment will be completed whereby a practical examination will allow the physiotherapist to assess the range of motion, strength and other relevant structures whereby a clinical diagnosis will be made. 

Lastly and most importantly, appropriate treatment will then be provided along with any rehabilitation, Advice or education that is necessary for the client. 

Initial Assessment 

This service is for any ongoing clients who require further follow up and treatment sessions for their condition.

Follow Up / Treatment Session 

This service provides all individuals with an opportunity to discuss concerns, ask questions and learn how physiotherapy can help address your specific needs. It is a no-obligation session to understand your condition or symptoms and determine the best course of action for your recovery and performance goals. 

This service is FREE and available for all clients. 

The discovery call is 15 minutes long and will be complete via mobile.

Venture Physiotherapy strength and conditioning service is designed for athletes or individuals wanting to go the extra mile. 

The key objectives for this service is to focus on improving performance, injury prevention, building overall strength ,flexibility and endurance for a healthier, more active lifestyle.

Each session the client will be reassessed to identify improvements in objective markers such as strength, range of motion or other functional outcome measures. Strength and conditioning sessions will mainly be conducted in the gym whereby the client will have the opportunity to practice prescribed exercises tailored to the individual and their goals. Each sessions, exercises will either be progressed or regressed depending on the individuals function and symptoms.

Exercise programmes will be sent to directly to the clients email via Physitrack, an exercise portal with video demonstrations if the client requires a refresher on their exercises.
