I am a bodyworker who helps clients with tension relief, physical balance and nervous system regulation. I work with the body as a whole, connecting areas of discomfort to the wider structural patterns that contribute to them. Sessions are holistic, blending anatomical precision and mindful intuition to work with the individual where they are at on a physical and somatic level.
