A gentle yet powerful guided breath experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release and inner alignment.
Through conscious breathing, grounding and intuitive facilitation, this session invites the body to soften, the mind to quiet and the breath to become a bridge back to self.
Each journey unfolds uniquely. Some may experience deep calm and stillness, while others may notice emotional release, warmth, tingling, lightness, insight or subtle energetic movement through the body.
There is no right way to experience this work. You are guided safely and gently, always meeting only what your system is ready to release or receive.

Begin with a gentle salt foot scrub, awakening your senses and softening your soles, preparing your body and energy to receive Immerse your feet in the positive ion foot spa water whilst the negative charged toxins in your body bind together (similar to a magnet) to be pulled out of the feet, a safe way to support detoxification within your body, the journey concludes with a nurturing massage, flowing from your feet upward, reconnecting you to your body’s wisdom, calming the nervous system & inviting a sense of deep presence and renewal.

Embrace tranquility and balance with our Sacred Yin + Breathwork 4 Week Series. This thoughtfully curated bundle merges the restorative practices of Yin yoga and breathwork to create a harmonious experience that nurtures both body and mind. Each session invites you to unwind deeply, promoting relaxation and enhancing your overall well-being. Over four weeks, you will connect with your breath while exploring the gentle stretches of Yin, allowing for increased flexibility and mental clarity. Experience the profound benefits of this complementary duo in a serene environment that fosters community and personal growth. Join us on this transformative journey to a calmer and more centered you.

Open into a sacred space where your Inner child is seen, held and honored. Through gentle guidance, somatic awareness, and intuitive healing, layers of old patterning, wounding, and unmet needs can surface and gently release. The session supports deep emotional healing, allowing the tender parts of yourself to emerge in complete safety, be nurtured and fully integrated. Each session is a journey reconnecting you to your innocence, reclaiming your power, this treatment is for anyone that feels stuck in the past and unable to move forward. This inner child therapy may continue for more than 1 or 2 sessions Depending on individual needs, packages are available for this treatment. This treatment is fully clothed.
